Zhan Associates is a specialist workplace defence consultancy. We provide workplace advocacy, procedural support, and representation at disciplinary, grievance, and appeal hearings, including as a chosen companion under Section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999.
We are not a firm of solicitors, we are not barristers, and we do not hold ourselves out as either. We do not provide reserved legal activities and we do not provide legal advice. The services we provide are workplace representation, strategic consultancy, and procedural support. Where a matter requires independent legal advice, we will say so and, where appropriate, suggest that you seek it from a suitably qualified professional.
