Why it works

What this gives you

Right-sized representation

Most disciplinary hearings conclude inside a morning or an afternoon. The half-day package delivers full preparation and advocacy without paying for hearing time you will not use.

Prepared, not improvised

The fee includes the defence build: evidence review, structured submissions and your preparation briefing before the day.

Your statutory companion

We attend under Section 10 ERA 1999 — putting your case, summing up, responding on your behalf and conferring with you throughout.

Seamless escalation

If disclosure reveals a bigger case than expected, the package scales to the full-day tier with complete fee transparency.

Your exact fixed fee is confirmed in your Engagement Letter before any work begins. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the fee quoted is the fee you pay.
